WELCOME TO LA GUTINA!
A rural guesthouse with charm, love, peace, quiet, colours, sunshine … and our entire world at your doorstep!
Our guesthouse is located in the Alberes beside a small river, 2.5km from the village of Sant Climent Sescebes (a leisurely walk from our property), amidst vineyards, dolmens, olive groves and mountains.
The house has a private terrace, veranda and barbecue, two double bedrooms, bathroom and sitting room with wood stove and a small kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking your own meals. It has a private, independent access next to our house. Capacity for 4 people.
Restored with loving care and charm, you’ll find everything to make you feel at home!
Outside the guesthouse you can picnic in the shade of a large oak tree and take advantage of our 80 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and fields for walks, runs or simply enjoying nature and tranquillity at your own pace.
Guests are invited to experience the grape harvest, see how we work the vineyards, collect fresh eggs from our chickens in the coop or make friends with our donkeys.
And if you are a wine person, you can taste our wines and discover our philosophy and way of working the land and its fruits.
We live in a privileged place, far from mass tourism but only 20km from Figueres, 25km from the best beaches of the Costa Brava and close to the Cap de Creus Natural Park and the Aiguamolls wetlands.

Booking conditions
| To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total payment. |
| Once the deposit has been made, we request that you e-mail us the receipt in order to finalize your booking. |
| We allow 5 days for the deposit to arrive after initial booking, after which time we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice. |
| The remaining amount due is payable on arrival at the house in cash or by credit card. |
| In the event of cancellation of a booking, the following fees apply:

| In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of the guest or force majeure, the above conditions still apply. |
| We have no obligation to accept changes once the booking is made. Any changes we do accept (dates, number of guests, etc) are subject to a € 20 fee. |
